Assistant Project Manager Job Description:


To assist the project managers and other management staff in daily tasks, related to construction and customer service in a high paced environment. This is an entry level position with the potential to develop into a Project Manager.

Skills Required:

- A general knowledge of building materials

- Ability to look forward on daily schedule

- Ability to stay on task independently

- Strong time management skills

- Basic computer skills

- Ability to lift 50lbs

- Strong communication skills

Task include, but not limited to:

- Load up and deliver materials to various projects

- Picking up building permits

- Obtaining signed forms from customers and payment checks

- Recognizing possible issues on the job site and reporting to the project manager

- Availability to be part of a rotating on-call schedule every 5 weeks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Commensurate with experience
