Property Restoration Mitigation Techs and Manager



We are seeking a Water And Fire Damage Emergency Services Mitigation Technicians and manager, to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will interface directly with insurance professionals, home owners, business owners and management. They are also charged with completing projects on time, directing field staff while on project sites, maintaining electronic customer files and numerous other company-level responsibilities.


  • Inspecting, assessing and producing disaster recovery projects
  • Training and directing technicians while on-site
  • Thorough documentation of all projects
  • Enforcing company policy
  • Preparing and selling estimates to clients
  • Being On-Call occasionally


  • Previous experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with the internet, email and technology
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Valid US drivers license
  • Ability to work over-time occasionally
  • Eager learner and desire to succeed
